We have provided a link below to the online questionnaire which should take about 10 minutes to complete. We shall be inviting some of you to attend online focus group sessions during late February and March 2021 to help develop some of the ideas proposed in the survey.

Any personal data collected during the survey will be used strictly for internal purposes.
This is your opportunity to tell us what you want and how you could contribute to its work.

We thank you for your time completing this questionnaire.
